Our role as Central Agent
is to be “broker friendly” with outside agents.
We share commissions based on the most favorable arrangements. This gives
incentive to the brokers to bring their buyers to a successful closing.
We have the experience and strength to “coach” or assist outside
brokers when closing a deal. Most often our first-hand experience with
the business side of yacht chartering and vessel operation proves valuable
in a sales presentation.
Pro-Active Marketing Efforts
We advertise and promote
our listings by placing full format listing information, including
photos and layouts, on all of the industry’s multiple listing
services and websites (yachtcouncil.org & BUC). We followup
with our Central Listing Updates emailed twice
monthly to all major brokerage firms worldwide. Special announcement
flyers are frequently sent out regarding price, location change,
and other new information.
We
organize “Brokerage Open Houses” to encourage industry
colleagues to inspect your yacht. Our office sends out press releases
to over 45 of the major yachting and lifestyle publications, generating
positive press for our client’s yachts.
We periodically advertise in:
Yachting Magazine, Boat International, Boat International USA, Yachts
International, Elite Traveler, Power & Motoryacht, the Robb Report/Collection,
Showboats International, and many others.
We just launched this new website featuring
our Central Agency yachts with full information, photos, layouts and (if
available) virtual tours.
